Your EzyDVD User Profile
When placing an order and/or registering with EzyDVD, we are required to obtain pertinent information regarding yourself and your delivery destination. These details include your name, home address, email address and phone number - we will also require the delivery address for your parcel, should it differ to your home address. This information is stored securely on our web server and is collected only to help us serve you better with any enquiries you may have. As stated above, under no circumstances will we divulge your personal details to any third party.

Data Use
Statistical information regarding sales or page visits obtained through customer sessions may be used internally for marketing purposes, or at our discretion forwarded to reputable third parties. This information is collated from the amassed data available on our databases and contains no personal information relating to our customers.

Cookies
The EzyDVD website utilizes and stores cookies on your computer to record an id we use to identify your session, so we know what’s in your shopping basket and whether you need to be charged GST - this information is vital for our online shopping process. Cookies are used for this purpose only and are in no way a detriment to your PC or online shopping experience.

Credit Card Information
Your security is of utmost importance to us at EzyDVD and we have taken every effort to ensure credit card details submitted online are protected from unauthorized parties. For more information regarding our internet security measures, please refer to the Security section on the information page.

Credit card details for orders placed by phone/fax/mail are stored on our transaction provider’s offline database and kept safe and secure by multiple firewalls and 1024 bit data encryption. Similarly, personal information obtained from such orders are stored in our database for use in any queries you may have.

Newsletter
After registering with EzyDVD via the use of the ‘Register’ button and subsequent confirmation of your registration, you are presented with the User Options page and an option to receive our weekly informative newsletters to help keep abreast of exciting new releases and special offers. The default option for registrations using this method is to receive your newsletter in html format.

You may also register with EzyDVD as you place an order. As our goal is to make the checkout process as streamlined as possible, we do not present you with a newsletter option at this stage, so you will not be included in our mailing list.

It is always possible to later adjust your newsletter preference, or unsubscribe, by Logging On to our site and altering your selection in the ‘Email Newsletters’ section of the User Options page.
